Neuromarketing is a combination of the science behind how we as humans will connect with a person and how they make a buying decision, that is then combined with how we can tell these messages in our marketing to attract the right customer/client. So it is essentially the science of how people buy, combined with marketing tactics and channels.
For realestate agents – so much of selling or buying a house is about trust and a personal relationship with the agent. If I am selling a house or even buying a house, it is not something that I do all the time. As an individual, I would firstly see who could recommend someone to me (there are neuro-marketing techniques for how you can get an audience who doesn’t even know you to refer you), if I had no referral, I would go looking for someone that I felt I knew, liked and trusted.
All of this decision making mostly happens in our unconscious brain, (we rationalise it after that) so we need to cleverly market each agent or agency to talk to the needs of each of their desired customers/clients, so they are attracting then right people who come ready to work with them. You know when you have that feeling, ‘this just feels right, this person gets me’…. you know your marketing is right.
